The City of York Council is the Planning Authority for Upper Poppleton but the Parish Council is consulted on all Planning Applications relating to sites within the Parish.  References and outline details of current and recent applications are published here and residents are invited to contact the Clerk if they want the Council to include their comments in its submissions to City of York Council
